In his professional journey, he served as CEO of BRF and CFO of Votorantim Cimentos, CPFL Energia, and Estácio Participações. He began his career at Citibank, where he worked for 18 years. Currently, in addition to being the CEO of Alloha, he also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Citrosuco.

He holds a degree in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2001) and a specialization in Financial Markets from FIA-USP (2006). From 2013 to 2023, he served as CFO in companies such as Bueno Netto Gestão Imobiliária Ltda, Tecnogera Geradores (an investment of Patria Infra), GJP Hotels & Resorts, and Sequoia Soluções Logísticas (an investment of Warburg Pincus), where he also held the position of Director of Investor Relations after the company went public in 2020. Currently, he serves as CFO and Vice President of Supply Chain, Audit & Compliance at Alloha Fibra.

Holding a degree in Economics from Insper, Felipe has over 20 years of experience in investments and operations. He has worked in companies such as Telefonica, E-bricks, Grupo RBS, and Louis Dreyfus. Currently, he is a partner at eB Capital, Investor Relations Officer and Vice President of M&A, PMO, New Business, and Institutional Relations.

Graduated in Business Administration with an MBA from IBMEC, he began his career in 1996 in the financial sector (credit card), working for companies like Credicard and BankBoston in Product Marketing and Business Intelligence. In 1999, he joined Telefonica and stayed until 2015, starting as an analyst and rising to the position of Director. He worked in Marketing, Sales, and Retention, gaining nine years of experience in communication, product, pricing, market research, market studies, product, and customer marketing in the Marketing area. In Sales and Retention, he had seven years of experience in managing and developing various direct and indirect channels.At the end of 2015, he joined VR Benefícios, where he remained until 2019. During this period, his main responsibilities included structuring the Commercial area, Customer Experience, and direct participation in the Digital Transformation journey. Currently, he is the VP of the B2C vertical at Alloha Fibra, the largest independent fiber optic operator in Brazil. He is also a partner at 4Z Investimentos.

Fábio Abreu has been with Alloha Fibra since 2018, at the beginning of its operations, where he led various projects and initiatives to engage with corporate and consumer markets. He is currently the Vice President of the Network and Client Services segment at the Alloha Fibra Group. Previously, he served as Operation Partner for various commercial brands of the company. With 23 years of experience, the executive has played prominent roles in several companies. He held the position of CEO at Sumicity/Vip, leading the company for over two years. With expertise in product development, commercial planning, services, operations, and financial administration, he also served as Executive Commercial and Operations Director at CEMIG Telecom, General Director at Lider Telecomunicações S.A, and Executive Director of Customer Services at Vivo. Fábio Abreu holds a Postgraduate degree in Business Management from EAESP – FGV and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from INATEL.

The Director of People and Management at Alloha Fibra, has over 20 years of experience in shared services management, HR, business unit management, logistics, and marketing. He has practical experience in team consolidation and delivering results in all regions of Brazil and Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia. He has worked for companies such as Magnesita, Allis, Michael Page, and others. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Pernambuco with an extension in strategic marketing from the University of California and an MBA in Marketing from FGV.

Daniel is an executive in the commercial and marketing fields, holding a degree in Systems Analysis from Faculdade Anhanguera and an MBA in Business Management from FGV. With 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector in Brazil, including previous roles at Telecomunicações de São Paulo – TELESP and Telefônica Brasil (Vivo), he joined the Alloha Fibra Group in 2021 as Marketing Director, leading the organizational strategic planning for the Marketing and Sales departments of both the Company and the Alloha Fibra Group. He later took over the B2B Planning division, responsible for managing relationships and commercial strategy with major clients and public sector entities.

Eduardo is a founding partner and CEO of eB Capital. He began his career in 2001 at Booz Allen Hamilton in the USA as a consultant. Before joining Grupo RBS, he was part of Delphi Corporation as a senior financial analyst and served as the managing director of the non-traditional media company, BoxTop Media.
Subsequently, Eduardo served as the CEO of Grupo RBS, one of Brazil’s leading multimedia conglomerates with a wide range of diversified assets. Eduardo is a graduate of PUC RS and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School in Boston, MA.

Pedro is a founding partner of eB Capital. He began his career in 1971 as a civil servant at Banco do Brasil. Subsequently, Pedro had a long and successful career in the public sector, culminating as Chief of Staff to the presidency of Fernando Henrique Cardoso. Additionally, Pedro served as CEO and Chairman of BRF, CEO of Petrobras, Bunge Brasil, and Grupo RBS. He is a highly recognized and respected executive in Brazil. Pedro is a graduate of the University of Brasília.

Diogo Bassi served as CFO and Investor Relations Officer at Petz, also being responsible for the Company’s Projects & Works department. Before joining Petz in 2013, Mr. Bassi held the position of Investment Officer at Tarpon and Vice President at BR Partners in the Private Equity division, where he served as a board member of the logistics company Sequoia and led the company’s investment and acquisitions, in addition to participating in the creation and development of the partnership with General Shopping in Outlets. From 2005 to 2011, he was an executive at major international investment banks, working in the areas of M&A, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Capital Markets, including Goldman Sachs, Standard Bank, and UBS.

Loïc has been working with eB Capital since 2021, leading the strategy and development of the manager’s international business. Before joining eB, he worked for 10 years in the strategic consulting area of Renault-Nissan in Latin America and led the operations of Renault’s Global Business Services worldwide. He holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiègne and is certified by ESCP Business School (Paris).

Francisco Pinheiro Neto, 38, holds a degree in Business Administration. In 2005, he began his professional journey as the director of the Siará Hall events venue in Fortaleza. Concurrently, he also worked as an investor for the Mob Telecom Group.
In 2017, with the closure of Siará Hall, Francisco Neto started dedicating himself effectively to the telecommunications company and took a seat on the company’s board of directors.
In 2021, he assumed the role of Director of Institutional Relations at the Mob Telecom Group. Netinho remained with the company until the beginning of 2023. Since then, he has been dedicated as a member of the board of directors of Alloha Fibra, the largest independent Fiber Optic FTTH (Fiber To The Home) operator in Brazil.

Founder of Sumicity, Vicente has extensive experience with Internet Service Providers (ISP). Since the acquisition of Sumicity by Alloha, he has been serving on the board and providing guidance in the acquisition of New Business ventures.

Holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and has a background in Finance and Economics from the MBA program at the University of São Paulo. He is a partner at Neo Investimentos. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Allis Luandre Soluções em Trade e Pessoas Ltda. for 5 (five) years, and prior to that, held positions within the same company as VP Sales & Marketing for 1 (one) year and 11 (eleven) months, and as Chief Financial Officer for 1 (one) year and 9 (nine) months. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Unipar Carbocloro S.A. for a period of 2 (two) years and 5 (five) months, starting in April 2014.
Before that, he also worked as Chief Financial Officer at Churrascaria Fogo de Chão Ltda. and as Vice President Executive, Commercial Manager, and Treasurer and Working Capital Coordinator at América Latina Logística for a total period of 7 (seven) years and 5 (five) months.
